This album is one of the good sample of modern Jazz. Jaroslaw Smietana Quartet album, returns me to the airy harmonies and propulsive. It was one of the best music cd in Jazz in 2000.

The sound of the album Quartet is realy fine. The Quartet (2000) my favorite from Jaroslaw Smietana. Jaroslaw Smietana, as usually include some style and personality in the audio disc. They achieve a sound unlike any other group. Quartet one of those music disc that must be in everyone collection. This is not just background product! Look at the cd image while you listen. Excellent music for excellent people. Fine disc (Quartet) for the party.
