Not one day left till creation of album Festival Session in 1959. This 3:25 (Cheek To Cheek) - one of the best moments in my life. They achieve a sound unlike any other band.

The sound of the audio cd Festival Session is realy good. This cd Festival Session has smoother, less aggressive tone. This album tracks are very nice! Things Ain’t What They Used To Be first composition of the music disc Festival Session set the main direction. I find Duke Ellington too bland for my taste, but I find myself moving in my chair when this audio disc is playing. Festival Session - to me, superfine in Jazz. The Festival Session (1959) my favorite from Duke Ellington. Each time listening this audio cd you start to understand more and more that the author wished to tell us. A breakthrough cd of sorts, Festival Session was, upon its release, one of the few African Jazz music discs. Every composition on the music disc Festival Session is very nice! I think that Duke Ellington open the main idea of the Festival Session in Top Hat, White Tie and Tails. So, this cd put a estimable smile on my face every time i listen it!
